Things to know about this class

Arrival

• Line up outside the class

• Enter the classroom in order

• Sit at your designated computer, no switching seats or computers

• Check for bell work

In the Lab room

1. Log in with your username and password (for your use only)

2. NEVER SHARE YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD WITH ANYONE

3. Chewing gum, food, and drinks are not allowed in the class

4. Respect the equipment. Do not remove or disconnect parts, cables or labels.

5. Be gentle with the keyboards while typing/do not pull keys off.

6. Use the internet for teacher-assigned activities only.

7. Using chat rooms, instant messaging, and email are strictly prohibited

8. Do not download or install any programs, games, or music

9. No gaming activities allowed, unless permitted by your teacher.

10. Leave the computer settings as is

11. Get permission to print

12. If you end up on an inappropriate site, turn off your monitor, or put the laptop screen down. Then raise your hand.

Before you leave

• LOG OFF

• Return the computer to the cart

• Clean your area, pick up your materials, and push in your chair.
